No appointment is ever needed at Solar Eclipse Tanning Salon. We are a walk-in only salon, open 7 days a week. Simply stop in during business hours and our friendly staff will get you set up right away.

For your Versa Spa spray tan, wear or bring loose, dark-colored clothing to your appointment. Tight clothing can rub against the tan solution and cause uneven results. For the session itself, you can wear a swimsuit, undergarments, or go without — whatever makes you most comfortable. The booth is completely private.

Your Versa Spa spray tan will typically last 5–10 days, depending on your skincare routine and how well you maintain it. Daily moisturizing, avoiding long baths, and staying out of chlorinated water will significantly extend the life of your tan.

The Rapid Rinse option uses a specially formulated solution that allows you to shower in as little as one hour after your session, rather than waiting the standard 8 hours. It's perfect for people with busy schedules who still want a beautiful, long-lasting tan. Just let our staff know you'd like the Rapid option when you check in.

Generally, you can tan once per day. The exact frequency depends on the equipment level and your skin type. Our trained staff will help you determine the right schedule and session length for your skin. With a membership, you get access to one session per day included.

For best results: (1) Exfoliate your entire body 24 hours before your session to remove dead skin cells for a smoother, longer-lasting tan. (2) Shave or wax at least 24 hours in advance. (3) Do not apply moisturizer, deodorant, or perfume on the day of your session — these can create a barrier between your skin and the solution. (4) Remove nail polish before coming in. (5) Wear or bring loose, dark clothing to change into afterward.

Our most popular option is the All Access Membership at $59.99/month, which includes Level 3 beds, our stand-up booth, and unlimited Versa Spa spray tans. All memberships include one session per day, member product discounts, and automatic monthly billing.

Yes. The active ingredient in Versa Spa spray tanning solutions is DHA (dihydroxyacetone), which is FDA-approved for external use. DHA works by reacting with the amino acids on the surface of your skin to produce a temporary brown color — it does not involve UV radiation, so there's no risk of sunburn or UV-related skin damage. The Versa Spa is one of the most trusted automated spray tanning systems in the professional tanning industry.
